PHP / Magento Developer @ Scandiweb (Full Time – Remote, Latvia)

Scandiweb is a globally recognized eCommerce agency headquartered in Latvia, known for delivering large-scale digital solutions to clients across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. As part of their Magento 2 team, I hold a full-time remote position where I work on building and enhancing high-performance eCommerce platforms for enterprise-level clients. My responsibilities include developing custom Magento modules, integrating third-party services, improving frontend interfaces using Hyvä themes, Knockout.js, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS, and ensuring seamless deployment processes using ReadyMage. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers to ensure that client expectations are met with robust, scalable solutions.

Notable projects I’ve contributed to include:

• Macta Beauty – Led frontend redesign efforts to improve responsiveness and performance. I developed new features and custom modules, and also created custom Page Builder content types to provide the client with more flexible content management options tailored to their business.
• KaiserTech – Contributed by implementing new features, fixing styling issues, and maintaining smooth staging and production releases.

Scandiweb offers a fast-paced and collaborative environment, which has allowed me to grow rapidly while working on high-impact solutions that directly shape the success of major eCommerce platforms. As part of this journey, I also earned both the Adobe Commerce Developer Professional Certification (AD0-E717) and the Adobe Commerce Front-End Developer Professional Certification (AD0-E721), solidifying my backend and frontend Magento expertise.
