Admins can review pending trainee applications, update their status (e.g., active, blocked), and manage their placement within groups and exams. This helps streamline onboarding and participation control.
Trainees can browse available skill groups, view their status, and enroll in the ones that are open. Admins manage these groups and can approve or update trainee enrollment status.
There are two types of exams: specific and random. Random exams can be generated based on difficulty or topic. Exams can be scheduled for specific time slots or made available on demand.
Instructors can upload learning materials, assign assessments to skills or groups, track trainee progress, and receive feedback via reviews. They manage the educational flow within each group.
Supervisors can assign exams at the skill or group level, monitor trainee performance, and manage scheduling for assessments.
The admin dashboard displays real-time statistics and insights. Admins use this data for informed decision-making, monitoring progress, and maintaining control over the entire LMS.
The platform supports Trainees, Instructors, Supervisors, and Admins. Each role has its own set of permissions and views, with a role-based dashboard controlling what each user can see or do.
